Turning good into better - Shepley Spring is making an upgrade! The British water bottler 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 team are huge fans of Krones’ block technology, and after installing a block configuration in 2018 they have now once again chosen a line featuring an 𝗘𝗿𝗴𝗼𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰 𝗟, which makes for substantially higher outputs than the previous set-up. Their second ErgoBloc L also boasts an hourly output of 60,000 PET containers. 🌟 All managers at Krones are given the opportunity to take part in leadership training. Our vision: When we work with people, lead them and collaborate with them, it is important that we speak a common language. Krones regularly offers such workshops for executives and management to ensure that we can work with our employees in a coordinated approach and master the challenges of personnel management. One example of this is the Krones FBA program. Here, participants have the opportunity to comprehensively develop and improve their leadership skills. The 5-day #management training course at Krones FBA is supplemented after a period of 6 months by a refresher course called “a day in hell” 🔥. The aim of this day is to refresh and deepen the knowledge and application of the tools taught during the 5-day initial program.
