In order to save Griffin Rock, the Rescue Bots must make the ultimate sacrifice.

Synopsis
Frankie has Cody give a recap of the recent events that resulted in the entire island of Griffin Rock being teleported to the Arctic. Doc Greene gives the rescue team the news that power is limited, and with the Sigma currently in pieces for maintenance, they have no other choice but to send Dani and Blades to get help. The pair don't make it far before falling ice makes it impossible to proceed, and Heatwave has to help them back to the town. Back at the fire station, they brainstorm a plan which involves filling the dome with floatium to raise it and using the Sigma's rocket for propulsion. Doc and Professor Baranova start mixing up batches of floatium which are released around the island. The gas soon lifts the entire island into the air, while the Rescue Bots attach the rocket to the side.
Off the coast of Maine, High Tide, Blurr, Salvage and Woodrow Burns are puzzling over what to do next when they get a call from Chief Burns. After it's established that everyone's all right, Chief tells his brother that they need to check that the crater is clear for when the island needs to land in it. Blurr jumps in to check, and finds the crater's full of rubble and junk.
Doc Greene suddenly realizes he forgot to propose to Baranova, and at his daughter's prompting, heads over to do so. An emergency call sends the rescue team to the bakery, where a sinkhole has opened up. Graham observes that the weaker parts of the island are beginning to give way, and one such place is near Baranova's house. Chief tries to ring Doc, but Doc's busy proposing when the ground suddenly gives way. Chase and Chief arrive to find the pair hanging from Baranova's deicer and pull them to safety. Doc's so caught up in finding a solution to the sinkhole problem, Chief has to point out that Baranova's accepted his proposal for marriage. Unfortunately celebrations don't last long, as another sinkhole claims one of the dome's generators. With half the dome out of action, the island starts downwards. Chaos erupts as the rescue team has to work to keep the townsfolk safe from falling objects until Graham and Boulder use a backup battery to get the dome fully up again.
Back at the fire station, Graham imparts the bad news: though they're only an hour away from the island's proper location, they're running low on power. The island's other power sources aren't viable, so the Bots suggest they use manpower to generate the power. The townsfolk and even their pets are soon pressed into service turning turbines and powering generators.
In Maine, the other Rescue Bots are working to clear the crater for Griffin Rock's return when Optimus Prime arrives to help.
Things look grim on the island. Everyone's exhausted from the work, and with the dome beginning to fail, the Sigma's rocket also stops, having exhausted its energon supply. The rescue team manage to keep the wind turbines spinning to prevent the island falling into the sea. The Rescue Bots have an alternate plan to use their own energon to power the dome and though the family protests, the Rescue Bots roll out. Chief contacts Optimus who comes to aid them with Blurr and Salvage. The trio use tow lines to start pulling the island towards the crater. While High Tide sets about finishing the clearing of the crater, the Rescue Bots on the island keep the dome up, though they themselves are fading fast. Once the reactaline is magnetized, the island is returned to its usual position and the dome is lowered, though things don't look good for the Rescue Bots.
Fortunately after some treatment, the Rescue Bots are back on their feet and being subjected to Chase's lectures on police procedure. The team heads outside to get the new time capsule ready to be buried, though Frankie has one last thing to add: the video she's been making. Though Heatwave asks if she needs to edit out the Rescue Bots first, Frankie thinks by 75 years, everyone will know about the Rescue Bots. In fact Optimus Prime has decided that it's time the rest of the island knew that the Autobots were aliens, and the team rolls to the rescue to let everyone know.

Heatwave: Chase decided to "entertain" us while we were recovering by reading us police manuals.
Boulder: With footnotes.
Blades: In all of Earth's languages.
- —The true price of heroic sacrifice.

Notes
Continuity notes
- Graham notes that he's been both transmogrified and ingested by ooze, events which occurred in "Feed the Beast" and "You've Been Squilshed" respectively.
- Floatium was introduced in "Flobsters on Parade". Mr. Bunty is also seen carrying a Flobster, which a deleted scene would have explained was his pet, Crustacia.
- The items placed in the time capsule are a photo of the rescue team, a key to Griffin Rock (seen being presented to Woodrow in "Chief Woodrow"), a newspaper covering the wedding of Ansel Ambrose and Lillian, a loaf of bread from the Rider of Midwinter, and both halves of the prize medal Frankie won in "Sky Forest", plus Frankie's film.
- Optimus refers to the Autobots' medic having given the bots Energon transfusions, indicating Ratchet visited Griffin Rock at some point.
