- Interestingly, Rumble is the final character profile for the now-defunct Comic Magazine. His brother, Frenzy was the fourth profile in the debut issue.
- The last page featuring Optimus Prime originates from Issue #40, page 13, which would have been released two months before this issue of the Transformers Comic Magazine hit newsstands. This issue's black and white art depicts Galen overseeing the upgrade of Fortress Maximus in Transformers #38.
