w/ Skystalker
Should we mentioned how Skystalker combines with Mindwipe in robot mode? They way it connects seem to be intended, and it wouldn't be the first time Takara did things Hasbro was unaware of. --FFN 11:34, 27 March 2010 (EDT)
- ...in robot mode? --Thylacine 2000 21:43, 27 March 2010 (EDT)
- Yes, robot mode. Skystalker can fit into Mindwipe's chest cavity. His arms and wings are then rearranged as chest armour for Mindwipe, and his legs as boosters. A good gallery on the subject. --FFN 12:48, 2 May 2010 (EDT)
- I've actually tried this, and I'm not convinced it's an undisclosed feature. I think it's just "jam it in there real good and it looks tolerable". Do we have any evidence it's on purpose? Do we want to set a precedent if it's not? JW 06:34, 13 December 2010 (EST)

Bat mode
Should it be mentioned that Mindwipe has a very cool bat-form by removing a tiny bit of plastic and thus making him a much more convincing triple-changer than many. 86.29.107.225 12:05, 27 April 2010 (EDT)
- No mather how cool it is, it's not official, so it's not worth mentioning.--Sunjumper 13:28, 27 April 2010 (EDT)
- Shortround's toilet mode gets a call out, and I'm sure there are others. --Khajidha 13:31, 27 April 2010 (EDT)
- There is some kitbashing going on with the removal of plastic. Besides, I can't view the pictures! - Starfield 14:38, 27 April 2010 (EDT)
- Is that removed as in "part pops off" or as in "cut away", it actually would make a difference in my opinion. --Khajidha 16:00, 27 April 2010 (EDT)
- The guy said "trimming plastic", so that's "cut away". --Detour 16:19, 27 April 2010 (EDT)
- No one here said "trimming" and the link kind of blurred into the anon's signature so I didn't see it. Khajidha 16:23, 27 April 2010 (EDT)
- The post that link is to mentions trimming some plastic on his landing gear. -- Semysane 17:31, 27 April 2010 (EDT)
- Yes it does. However, having just learned of this fanmode and tried it out for myself, I'm not sure why: I can verify that yes, it is entirely possible to create that "bat" without trimming even an iota of plastic from the landing gear; they might not stick out quite as far as SMOG's customized bits do, but the bat will stand on its own little "feet" and hang upside down, just like in the photos. So like Shortround's toilet, this is a mode that can be accomplished right out of the box.--Buttbutt 00:07, 18 May 2010 (EDT)
- Finally got my own Mindwipe today and the batmode is too awesome not to mention and a clear homage to his G1 counterpart and yeah you don't need to cut or trim anything to achieve the form. If the Skystalker/Mindwipe combo is here I feel the bat should be too. 86.31.164.137 07:53, 6 August 2010 (EDT)
