In the real-world 21st century, Taiwan's government is currently known as the "Republic of China" (It's a long story), with China's government being the "People's Republic of China". Unfortunately, the comic story "Hawk Among the Sparrows" has Rampage pledge allegiance to the Chinese government of 2010 as the "Republic of China". Oops.
