Silverbolt (TransTech)

Silverbolt is an Autobot Transcendent Technomorph from the TransTech continuity.

Silverbolt is the New Arrivals Coordinator in the city of Axiom Nexus, a multiverse "hub" built on the Cybertron of a particularly old universe. Multiversal travelers who arrive in his city are under his jurisdiction. It is his job to greet them and escort them through processing.

Silverbolt and Commander Cheetor attended to the new arrivals Skyfall, Landquake, and Breakaway when they arrived accidentally on Axiom Nexus. The trio were escorted politely but firmly to processing. Transcendent: Part 1

While Silverbolt was manning his usual post, his staff detected a collision between two groups of offworlders traveling through the gulf between universes. Silverbolt had them all brought in to Axiom Nexus. The signatures from one group showed that they originated from an unknown dimension, provoking Silverbolt to scramble his staff to deal with the potentially dangerous arrivals. He was somewhat disappointed when the anomalous entities appeared to be nothing more than a few Autobots and Decepticons. A quick scan revealed that none of them had sparks however, piquing his curiosity. Silverbolt welcomed the GoBots to Axiom Nexus, arranging a meeting with Optimus Prime for them. At said meeting, Optimus determined that the Gobots would be barred from leaving Axiom Nexus to continue on their mission to save their world. Though Silverbolt sympathized with the Gobots, and the plight this development put them in, his hands were tied on the matter. He was unable to provide them with additional help, leaving the Gobots to devise a method of getting off-world on their own. Withered Hope

Silverbolt was forced to intervene personally when a group headed by the devious Alpha Trion broke into Axiom Nexus's transwarp complex, but failed from stopping the conspirator and his followers from escaping off-world. Transcendent: Part 6

Silverbolt went out for a stroll, accompanied by fellow TransTechs Rhinox and Heinrad. All three presumably went offline later that day, along with most TransTechs, due to a global surge in the Global Net. Once the cause of the surge, a Waruder invasion, was dealt with, the TransTechs were restored to consciousness. Cybertron's Most Wanted

• Silverbolt's design was originally created when Transtech was a planned sequel to Beast Machines, and as such it was likely originally intended to be the same character as Beast Wars/Beast Machines Silverbolt. Since Fun Publications' TransTech stories take place in their own universe, this Silverbolt no longer has any ties to other Silverbolts.
