Scrub-A-Dubber

The Scrub-A-Dubber is a drone from the Rescue Bots Academy portion of the Aligned continuity family.

The Scrub-A-Dubber is a cleaning robot powered by power pods. Unfortunately, it lacks any fail-safes, so don't put any more power pods in than it needs.

The teachers left the recruits with a long list of chores to do. Hoist had the idea that it would be easier if they had help and constructed the Scrub-A-Dubber. The other recruits were hesitant, but once it showed off its cleaning abilities on Medix's head, they left it to its work. Wedge had the idea of making the Scrub-A-Dubber go faster by inserting another power pod. After he told Hot Shot about speeding it up, Hot Shot did the same thing and Medix later added another one. Whirl found the drone bashing itself against a bench and, assuming it needed more power, added three more pods.

After finishing more of their tasks, the recruits found Hero Hall full of soap suds and the Scrub-A-Dubber running out of control. Wedge managed to trap it with his scoop until it tickled him into letting it go, and their other attempts to grab the drone resulted in failure. They eventually managed to confuse it by presenting it with multiple lots of trash to clean, and Hoist tackled it. Heatwave found the Scrub-A-Dubber enthusiastically cleaning his office on his return. All Washed Up

A Scrub-A-Dubber somehow ended up as a contestant in Dig Fest's Bot Battle event. It was taken out during Hot Shot's qualifying round. Bot Battle
