He's Rorza, the Rocket-cycle Racer from Rigel III!

Rorza, the Rocket-cycle Racer from Rigel III, is a rocket-cycle racer in the Cosmic Carnival, possibly hailing from Rigel III. He's equipped with spikey purple armor and what looks like an Earthly stunt motorcycle, only... rocket-powered.

No one dodges him. Ever. And only a fool ignores him.

Only a fool ignores... Rorza, the Rocket-cycle Racer from Rigel III!

Seriously, don't ignore him!

It was just another day in the Cosmic Carnival's main arena; Big Top had just announced the entrance of the automated airborne artiste without equal, the Autobot Sky Lynx. Suddenly, some ponderous oaf appeared out of nowhere, attempting to help Sky Lynx escape from the carnival. As the two barreled through the arena's panicked performers, Big Top ordered his employees to stop the escape, and the two Autobots came under attack. The ponderous oaf concentrated on a nearby fire juggler, but in doing so, he proved to be a fool: He ignored Rorza, the Rocket-cycle Racer from Rigel III!

Using the fantastic speed of his Rocket-cycle, Rorza, the Rocket-cycle Racer from Rigel III, outran the ponderous oaf, pulled a sharp U-turn and charged at him, intending to cut him in two. The oaf dodged him.

Hey, wait! Nobody ever dodges Rorza, the Rocket-cycle Racer from Rigel III! There must be a mistake.

That fool Sky Lynx was there for him, though. As the spacecraft-mode Autobot came at him, Rorza, the Rocket-cycle Racer from Rigel III, vaulted onto his avian nemesis and launched off the top of his tailfin, high into the air, with a thrilling cry of "YIIEEE!!" Unfortunately, while this did provide Rorza, the Rocket-cycle Racer from Rigel III, with some measure of insight into precisely why that fool Sky Lynx received top billing, it did not have the effect of cutting Sky Lynx in two.

Rorza, the Rocket-cycle Racer from Rigel III, could only watch as the fool and the oaf transformed and took a bow for the audience, for he had managed to entangle both himself and his Rocket-cycle in the bars of the overhead cage that had previously held that fool, Sky Lynx.

He meant to do that. The Cosmic Carnival
