- Recon Mini-Con Team (Scout-Class, 2004/2005)
- Takara name: Micron Team
- Takara ID number: GC-07
- Takara release date: December 28, 2004
- Known designers: Takashi Kunihiro (TakaraTomy)
- Available in the first wave of both Takara's Galaxy Force and Hasbro's Cybertron lines, this three-pack includes the helicopter Jolt, Le Mans racer Six-Speed, and pickup truck Reverb. As Mini-Cons, they each can attach to larger bots that have compatible Powerlinx plugs.
- There are several small paint differences between the Takara and Hasbro versions of the team; see the individual pages for a breakdown of each one.
- This mold-set was also used to make the Platinum Micron, the Micron Booster Battlefield Maintenance Mini-Con Team, and the 2010 Transformers toyline Mini-Cons Drivetrain, Brake-Neck, and Swashplate.
- Hop (Micron Galaxy, 2005)
- Micron Galaxy ID number: 1
- Blit (Micron Galaxy, 2005)
- Micron Galaxy ID number: 2
- Bumper (Micron Galaxy, 2005)
- Micron Galaxy ID number: 3
- All three members of the "Micron Team" were also made available in Kabaya's "Micron Galaxy" assortment of candy toys for Galaxy Force. These versions of the trio were sold in individual boxes with a small plank of chewing gum.
- Though the molds for the trio are largely identical to the normal retail versions, they are in fact an entirely new tooling set not gang-molded with each other, and even have paint differences from the Takara versions to boot. On top of that, a side-by-side comparison reveals a ton of little differences in proportions and fine detail throughout, too many to really get into here for even one of them, let alone all three in the Team.
- Shadow Recon Mini-Con Team (Scout-Class, 2006)
- As part of the tenth and final wave of Cybertron Scout-class toys, the Shadow Recon Mini-Con Team is a redeco of the Team in a variety of transparent plastics, in a sort of "stealth mode" deco.
- This version of the team was exclusive to the Hasbro line.
Notes
- Even though the Team did not come with a Cyber Planet Key, they had an active Cyber Key Code on Hasbro's website: "sh26".
