In this universe, the Autobots quickly defeated the Decepticons upon awakening on Earth and secured Autobot control of Cybertron. Peace reigned for a time, but then a series of cyberquakes and Devastator storms began, threatening to destroy Cybertron. Perceptor determined the source of the disasters to be in another universe, designated Strata 22: a bizarre planet called Moebius was overwriting Cybertron's existence. Optimus Prime assembled a team of himself, Wheeljack, Hoist, Jazz, Prowl, and Silverstreak to travel to the alternate universe, and they adapted themselves to new bodies based technical readouts taken by the Sky Spy of the bodies of the alternate universe's native cyborgs. They dubbed themselves Spy Changers because they hoped to accomplish their mission with stealth and diplomacy. Crossing over to the 22nd Strata via Reality Bridge, they eventually teamed up with the local Guardians to discover that the Renegades and Gog had built bases on Moebius which were draining the planet dry, causing the planet's geometry to become a crude Dimensional Interfacer and tapping into Cybertron to sustain itself. The Autobots and Guardians destroyed the Renegades' bases, ending the crisis. Optimus Prime and Leader-1 shook hands, and the Spy Changers returned home, secure in the knowledge that they had friends in places as distant as alternate universes.
The Transformers and GoBots would have further encounters. At one point, Wheeljack and Trailbreaker traveled to Strata 22 to assist Guardians Nick and Tri-Trak, who were stranded on their Earth after the Renegades sealed out the Guardians with an Embargo Field. They successfully took out the Embargo Field, foiling the Renegades' plans. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/09/30
