Patty Minakaze
From Transformers Wiki
- Patty Minakaze is an Autobot-allied human from the Victory portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Patty Minakaze (南風パティ Minakaze Patti), the older sister of Jan Minakaze and leader of the Victories, is a human girl orphaned after a spacecraft carrying her father and mother was destroyed by the Dinoforce. While her brother was adopted by Star Saber, she was adopted by Victory Leo.
A young woman firmly committed to the Autobot cause with great empathy for the victims of Decepticon tyranny, she is motherly by nature and likes to take care of others, even the enemy. Though not so motherly that she felt the need to check up on her little brother until their robot dads became coworkers. At all. Ever.
Like all Victories, she has an absolutely ridiculous outfit.

When Patty was just a young girl, she, her baby brother Jan, and their parents were attacked by the Dinoforce. Patty and Jan escaped with their lives, though the ship their parents were in was destroyed. While Star Saber adopted Jan and raised him as his own, Patty went to go live with Victory Leo.
Some time later, when Star Saber had fallen to the mercy of Deathsaurus, Liokaiser and Dinoking, Patty arrived with Victory Leo as reinforcements. Victory Leo combined with Star Saber to form Victory Saber and the Decepticons were handily defeated. In the aftermath, Patty shocked Jan by informing him she was his long lost sister. Patty told Jan that Victory Leo was built from gurunium ore, a metal which their father had discovered. The gurunium was what made the Victory Combination possible, in fact. As Patty was inaugurated into the Victories, the escaping Decepticon cyborg boy Solon scoffed at the idea of sisters. The Strongest Pair, the Combination of Victory!
Being significantly older, Patty was assigned to lead the Victories in short order and took to overseeing cleaning duties around the base with great gusto until Saber reined her in. Patty and Jan were eventually sent to the planet Guard to free the people Deathsaurus had enslaved. Once there, Victory Saber came under attack from Kingsaurus, the combined form of Deathsaurus and Solon's new giant mech body, King Solon. The two foes were evenly matched and continued battling for some time. However, when Patty yelled to Victory Saber to save Guard so that it could be restored to the beauty of their "mother planet" Earth, Solon briefly lost his concentration at the sound of the word "mother". This split second was all Victory Saber needed to defeat Kingsaurus, destroying the King Solon mech. As Solon's flaming body tumbled to the ground, Patty and Jan attempted to help him and even offered him a place among the Victories. Solon refused, though he remarked it must be nice to have a sister as nice as Patty. Fleeing on Tigerbreast, Solon sighed dreamily that Patty reminded him of his late mother. Victory Saber Is Strong!
Victory Saber and the Brainmasters later succumbed to the might of Deathsaurus and Liokaiser in battle, with Patty and the Victories watching on helplessly. Solon eventually arrived and declared his intent to join them, giving Patty her opening to lead them in the "Five Stars of Victory" attack. The Victories powered up their respective Autobot and the attack was enough to defeat the Decepticons and drive them back to the Space Stronghold. Solon told Jan that the only way he'd officially join the Victories was if he could have Patty as his big sister. Though Jan was infuriated by this, Patty took the boys' antics in good humor. Shine, Five Stars of Victory
Aboard Galaxy Shuttle, Patty and the Victories stormed the Space Stronghold for the final confrontation with the Decepticons. Their progress was halted by Leozack's traps, unfortunately. Eventually, Victory Saber won the day and the Decepticons conceded defeat. After Deathsaurus revealed what they'd been fighting for all along, the Decepticon civilians, Patty declared that all the Decepticons were invited to live alongside the Autobots in peace on Planet V. With the Victory War over, Star Saber and Deathsaurus shook hands. The Grand Victory War
