Nemesis (SG)

The Nemesis is a heroic Decepticon spacecraft from the Shattered Glass continuity family.

In order to pursue the Ark, the Decepticons built the starship known as the Nemesis.

The Nemesis was built by the Decepticons in order to pursue the Autobots' Ark to Earth. Ricochet planned to stop the Decepticons from following the Ark by kidnapping Megatron. However, this plan was foiled by Razorclaw, Divebomb, Rampage and Whisper, and the Nemesis took off as planned, though leaving Megatron and several other Decepticons behind.

The Nemesis caught up with the Ark near Earth, but was severely outgunned and in danger of being destroyed. The ship was only saved by the intervention of Astrotrain and his personal squad of Micromasters, who attacked the Ark, tore across its hull, and used its own neutron cannon against it, sending it plummeting into the ocean. Soundwave cheered the apparent demise of the Autobots, only for the Nemesis to be severely damaged by a fusion bomb fired from Earth, leaving it no better off. All the Decepticons fled in escape pods, save for Starscream and Cliffjumper, who stayed behind to keep the Nemesis from crashing into any population centers. Do Over

Ultimately, the ship crashed into the side of a mountain. Later, it was found by Heatwave and Soundwave, with Starscream and Cliffjumper still functioning. Eye in the Sky
