War for Cybertron: Kingdom
- Dracodon (Core Class, 2021)
- Hasbro ID number: WFC-K22
- Accessories: Tail/"bone weapon"[1]
- Part of the third wave of Kingdom Core Class figures, Dracodon is a radioactive green-and-gold redeco of Vertebreak. He[2] transforms from a Dracorex skeleton to a 3.5-inch tall robot and back. The tail can detach in robot mode to use as a weapon or store on the robot mode's back.
- Unlike Deluxe Class Fossilizer characters in Kingdom, Dracodon cannot disassemble into weapons and armor for other figures.
- Vertebreak's tail has been reported to negatively affect paint and harder plastic.[3] Whether this holds true for Dracodon as well is unconfirmed.
- Unlike every other Transformers toy revealed at Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest 2021, Dracodon and Soundwave were not available for pre-order after the virtual panel. Dracodon ended up becoming a heavy pegwarmer, particularly at Wal-marts across North America, where the figure eventually ended up being sold on clearance in massive amounts.
Notes
- In real life, the status of Dracorex as a valid genus is controversial as the type specimen has been argued to actually just be a misclassified juvenile Pachycephalosaurus (a common issue in palaeontology due to the frequency of immature animals looking quite different from their adult forms).
- Though Dracodon doesn't disassemble as the properly labeled Fossilizer toys do, he was referred to as a Fossilizer at his unveiling at Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest 2021.[4]

It felt fairly tight to get out, and there's a bit of scarring inside the hand that held the weapon. Doesn't seem to have deteriorated the rest of the areas where the rubber connects to plastic (i.e. her beast mode jaw or her robot mode chestplate)... but just in case, be careful."—ApocalypseThruster, Transformers World 2005, "PSA: NEW TOY PLASTIC CONDITION DISCOVERED (MELTED SOFT RUBBERY PARTS)", 2021/06/12
