Diaspora
From Transformers Wiki
When the Cataclysm threatened their universe, many of the native GoBots chose to flee their universe in a great Diaspora.
Fiction
A series of cosmic events caused Primax 984.0 Gamma to splinter off into multiple alternate timelines. One of them, Primax 207.0 Epsilon, vibrated on a frequency nearly identical to Gargent 948.08 Alpha. As a result, the Primax universe began overwriting the Gargent one, in what became known as the Cataclysm. To combat this, the natives, a race of cyborgs known as the GoBots, sent a group of agents to Primax 207.0 Epsilon to try and undo the Cataclysm. Withered Hope Believing that Megatron was the cause of their universe's doom, Bug Bite tried to usurp him via cerebro-shells, aiming to use the Decepticons to enact a Cybertronian extinction and use their technology to save the GoBots, only for Megatron, hilariously unimpressed by Bug Bite, to shrug off the mind control and destroy Bug Bite's head. Games of Deception Other missions on this Earth were met with a similar lack of success. Sunrise
With no solution to be found, the GoBots simply abandoned their home in a great Diaspora. Rather than all evacuate to one alternate reality, the species, for reasons unknown, chose to spread to a multitude of different realities. A group of Renegades, the Monster GoBots, chose Primax 215.19 Epsilon as their new home, coming into conflict with the Ex-Bots. During this conflict, Stiletto found their files relating to the Diaspora and which GoBots had fled to which universe (though she found the GoBot terminology of referring to realities as "Levels" left something to be desired). Cultural Appropriation
The Diaspora itself would prove something of a wasted effort for the Ultra Magnus of Primax -408.24 Epsilon would destroy Primax 207.0 Epsilon, Invasion allowing Gargent 948.08 Alpha to heal itself, though Vector Prime noted that it remained unclear whether or not the Gargent universe was entirely safe to inhabit. Notes
- "Diaspora": People settled far from their ancestral homelands.
