Blackrock Petroleum and Energy Concern is a company from the Shattered Glass continuity family.

Blackrock Petroleum and Energy Concern (also Blackrock Oil and Blackrock Industries) is a mega-huge corporation owned by R.J. Blackrock. Its main purpose is to drill for and sell lots of oil, as well as explore other means of creating (and naturally selling) energy. It has an R&D department headed by Professor Morris which has some interesting projects in the works.

The Decepticons rescued thirty-nine Blackrock Oil workers during an Autobot raid. Blitzwing Bop Blackrock, annoyed at the interference and cost to his company caused by the robots from space, instigated Project Shieldbreaker. Some time later, Sephie Beller gained employment at the company. During the unveiling of the company's new Mega-Rig, the Autobots attacked the new installation but were seen off by the Decepticons. Blackrock set about luring both the Autobots and Decepticons into a trap, whereby he would use the Centurion armor, the result of Shieldbreaker, to capture them all so they could be taken apart for their technology. It didn't all go to plan, as Sephie Beller, who had upgraded herself with Cybertronian technology, managed to overload and destroy the Centurion. Blackrock fired her, of course. Transhuman
