Motive for request: I'm developing a MediaWiki API client and would like to be able to unit test my code (tests will stay in my userspace and be rate-limited to 6 actions/minute) against the latest build of MediaWiki. I'm familiar with MediaWiki syntax and have been testing against a Mediawiki installation (1.25) on my PC up until now.
