Surreptitious is a solo journalling RPG that explores a secret that you carry. You buried it away some time ago, hoping to forget. As you draw tarot cards, you will learn more about what this secret holds and whether you wish to remember. 

To play you will need:

• The 12-page PDF game book
• A deck of tarot cards
• Some way to record your thoughts (such as pen and paper, a notes app on a phone, or an audio recorder)
• An envelope

This game is a hack of Anamnesis by Blinking Birch Games. The game's text was drafted in one day for Variety Megajam 2021. It was inspired by prompt #3 "IDENTITY".
