Prospa wa Aquitania (kwa Kilatini Prosper Aquitanus; 390 hivi – Roma, Italia, 463 hivi) alikuwa mfuasi wa Augustino wa Hippo, mwandishi wa vitabu vya Kikristo, na mwendelezaji wa kwanza wa kitabu Chronicon cha Jeromu hadi mwaka 455.

Tangu kale anaheshimiwa na Kanisa Katoliki kama mtakatifu.

Sikukuu yake inaadhimishwa kila tarehe 25 Juni[1].

Prospa alizaliwa mkoani Aquitaine (labda Limoges, leo nchini Ufaransa) [2] na inadhaniwa alipata malezi mjini Marseille.

Mwenye elimu nzuri katika falsafa na fasihi, aliishi na mke wake maisha maadilifu na ya kiasi. Kisha kujiunga na umonaki huko, alijitosa katika mabishano kuhusu imani sahihi ya Kanisa Katoliki na kumtetea Augustino dhidi ya wapinzani wake, hasa Wapelaji, kuhusu neema ya Mungu na ile ya kudumu katika urafiki naye [3].

Mwaka 429 aliandikiana barua na Augustino.

Mwaka 431 alifika Roma ili kumuuliza Papa Selestini I kuhusu mafundisho ya Augustino.

Mwaka 440, alipochaguliwa Papa Leo I, Prospa akawa karani mkuu katika ofisi zake. Inasemekana kwamba ndiye aliyeandika barua maarufu ya Papa huyo kwa Eutike.
