Röd ålgräsmask (Lineus ruber)[1][2][3][4][5] är en djurart som tillhör fylumet slemmaskar, och som först beskrevs av Otto Friedrich Müller 1774. Enligt Catalogue of Life[6][7] ingår Röd ålgräsmask i släktet Lineus och familjen Lineidae,[6][7] men enligt Dyntaxa[8] är tillhörigheten istället släktet Lineus, och ordningen Heteronemertea.[8] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[8] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[6]
