If you accidentally lose or damage a part of your Pixel Buds bundle, you may be able to purchase a replacement right or left earbud, charging case, or ear tips.1
Important notes:
- Applicable replacement parts may be available for Pixel Buds Pro and Pixel Buds A-Series.
- Case replacements are unavailable for Pixel Buds A-Series.
- Accidental damage (such as water or personal damage) are not covered under warranty.
- If your Pixel Buds are defective or malfunction after you have attempted all troubleshooting steps, you may be able to file a warranty claim to get a replacement from Google. Use the interactive warranty checker to check your warranty coverage and contact support.
