Increase Apple TV screen contrast
There are three ways you can increase the screen contrast to make items easier to see on Apple TV.
Remove blurred image backgrounds
In Settings on Apple TV, go to Accessibility > Display, then turn on Reduce Transparency.
Increase contrast between app foreground and background colours
In Settings on Apple TV, go to Accessibility > Display, then turn on Increase Contrast.
Increase contrast of highlighted items
In Settings on Apple TV, go to Accessibility > Display > Focus Style, then choose High Contrast.
