Use the library in the Fitness app on Apple TV
The library in the Fitness app is found at the bottom of the screen and contains workouts and meditations you’ve added, plus Stacks and Custom Plans you create using the Fitness app on iPhone.
Add items to your library
In Fitness on Apple TV, navigate to a workout or meditation, then do either of the following:
Select the item to view it, then select Add to My Library.
Press and hold the clickpad center (Siri Remote 2nd generation or later) or touch surface (Siri Remote 1st generation), then select Add to My Library.
Use Stacks to combine workouts
You can create Stacks, which are a series of workouts or meditations that play in sequence, like a music playlist. Stacks let you create combine your favorite workouts into one session. For example, you can create a stack with a few intense workouts followed by a cool-down meditation.
In the Fitness app on Apple TV, navigate to a workout or meditation, then do either of the following:
Press and hold the clickpad center (Siri Remote 2nd generation or later) or touch surface (Siri Remote 1st generation), and select Add to Stack.
Select the workout, select the More button , then select Add to Stack.
Continue to browse and add additional workouts to your stack, as desired.
To view your stack, do any of the following:
On a workout screen, select the More button , then select View Current Stack.
Navigate to either the stacks icon in the top-right corner of the screen, or Stacks in the library at the bottom of the screen.
Select a stack, then do any of the following:
Play the stack: Select Let’s Go.
Play an individual workout in the stack: Select a workout or meditation from the list, then select Let’s Go or Let’s Begin.
Clear the stack: Select the More button , then select Clear.
Edit the stack: Select the More button , then select Edit Stack, and do any of the following:
Arrange items in the stack: Select the Move button next to an item in the list, then move the item up or down.
Delete an item in the stack: Select the Remove button next to an item in the list.
Save your changes: Select Save.
View and manage Custom Plans on Apple TV
To help you reach your fitness goals and stay on track, you can create a Custom Plan in Apple Fitness on iPhone, then view it on Apple TV in the Fitness app.

In the Fitness app on Apple TV navigate to the Custom Plan section on the main screen, then select Create on iPhone to get started.
After creating your plan on iPhone, find your plan in the Fitness app on on Apple TV by doing either of the following:
Find your plan in the Custom Plan section on the main screen.
Navigate to My Library at the bottom of the main screen, then select Custom Plans.
Select View Plan.
Workouts in the plan appear in chronological order, with this week’s plan at the top so you can see what’s scheduled next or scroll down to see what’s scheduled in subsequent weeks. As you complete each week of your plan, the completed workouts move to the bottom of the page.
You can go back to previous days or weeks to complete workouts at any time during your plan.
Do any of the following:
Play an item in the plan: Select a workout, then select Let’s Go.
Choose another workout: Navigate to a workout, press and hold the clickpad center or touch surface on the Siri Remote, then select Choose Another Workout and select a workout.
To see additional options, select the More button , then do any of the following:
Rename the plan: Select Rename Plan, enter a name for your plan using the onscreen keyboard, then select Done.
End the plan: Select End Plan, then confirm.
To replace or repeat a plan, go to Custom Plans, which are found in My Library at the bottom of the main screen, then do either of the following:
Replace the current plan with a previous plan: Select a plan, then select Replace Plan.
Repeat a plan (appears if there’s no current plan): Select a plan, then select Repeat Plan.
