Use the Apple Fitness app on Apple TV with your Apple Watch to:
Subscribe to Apple Fitness , featuring world-class workouts by the world’s top trainers, with new workouts every week so you can work out how and where you want.
Track your Fitness workouts with your personal metrics from Apple Watch, such as heart rate and calories burned. When you finish a workout, your daily activity data is synced across the Fitness app on other devices associated with your Apple ID (Apple Watch, iPhone, or iPad).
Get recommended workouts based on your workout history.
Select from recommended workouts or browse by workout type and choose music from a variety of music genres to accompany your workout.
Work out together with up to 32 of your favorite people using Group Workouts, powered by SharePlay. See Work out together using SharePlay on Apple TV.
Note: Apple Fitness requires Apple Watch Series 3 or later with watchOS 7.2 or later and one of the following Apple devices: iPhone 6s or later with iOS 14.3 or later, iPad with iPadOS 14.3 or later, or Apple TV with tvOS 14.3 or later. Group Workouts require watchOS 8.1 or later, iOS 15.1 or later, iPadOS 15.1 or later, or tvOS 15.1 or later. Services and features are not available in all countries or regions, and features may vary by area.
