Control what you share on Mac
Control which apps can access your data, location, camera, and microphone, and manage safety protections.
Apps ask for permission the first time they want to use something on your Mac, explaining how they use the information. You can later change how much you want to share, increasing or decreasing your overall level of privacy.

Files & Folders | You can allow apps to access files and folders on your computer. | |
