See activity and health reports for family members
With your family member’s permission, you can view reports of their activity and health information.
Add a family member’s health details and Medical ID
Follow these steps to enter your family member’s health details or Medical ID:
Open the Apple Watch app on the iPhone used to manage the watch.
Tap My Watch, tap Family Watches, then tap a watch.
Tap Done, tap Health, then tap Request [family member’s name] Health Data.
Tap Request Health Data, and a notification is sent to the managed watch. After your family member has chosen to share their health data, do the following:
Tap Health Details to enter or edit information such as birthdate, height, and weight.
Tap Set Up Medical ID to add emergency contacts and more.
If your family member chose to share this information from their Health app with you, you can see health details and Medical ID on the iPhone used to manage the Apple Watch and on the watch.
On your iPhone: Open the Health app, tap Sharing, tap your family member’s name, then tap Profile.
On the managed Apple Watch: Open the Settings app on the Apple Watch, then tap Health.
See a family member’s health information
If your family member has chosen to share their health data, you can see additional information about their activity as well as information about hearing, time in daylight, heart rate, and more.
Open the Health app on your iPhone, then tap Sharing.
Tap the name of your family member below Sharing With You.
Tap Health Categories, then tap a category.
