Go to the archery ring to test your archery skills, talk to the guy in the black cloak to start the test.

OK, same as before, hit the moving targets to earn points, again, it is easiest to focus on the middle target.

To get an A you need to score 150 or more, you don't have to beat your old high score if you scored over 150.

For an A (150 or more points) you will get

1 x Yew Crossbow
