This is the best COD game there is for zombies. Period. Not only did they make a ton of incredible maps available for purchase but they also allowed modding for this game. This made it so that via Steam Workshop, there are infinite possibilities for the different types of maps you can play for Zombies and there are people to this day who still take their time just making new custom zombie maps or even remaking old zombies maps. My personal favorites are Der Riese, Nacht Der Untoten, and Ascension. My favorite Zombies mod is [MWZ] Modern Warfare Zombies: Lite Edition (Classic Version). This mod combined with Nacht Der Untoten is VERY fun. Some of my all-time favorite custom zombie maps include: Christmas Rust, Maybury Survival, Hex Tower, Mount Seela, and Stille Nacht. Some of these custom-modded maps are so well-made that you would think the developers themselves made them. That's the beautiful thing about mod support, the community can add to the experience that the developers themselves are limited by due to time constraints and demands from the company. So much these days comes down to corporate decisions controlling decisions out of greed. Them not allowing mod support on most COD games boils down to thinking it will take away from their revenue when it does the complete opposite. When the game is good, players are actually incentivized to spend more on the game and support the developers. I remember playing Black Ops 3 when it first came out on the PS4 with my friends and even the multiplayer was incredible. So much of this game was amazing. I would escape reality by immersing myself in a really fun video game. Something that has been missing from the COD franchise for a long time now. Black Ops 3 and Black Ops Cold War have to have some of the best zombies out of all the games they have made. If Black Ops Cold War had modding support, it would have been even MORE successful than Black Ops 3 in my opinion. That and if Cold War had more maps you could purchase. Either way, this is a REALLY good game. The multiplayer and zombies especially is VERY fun. I highly suggest this game to anyone who enjoys zombies. 12/10.
