Complete tonal inconsistency. The game is meant to be made around Norse mythology, but half the characters sound British or American. Some scenes are incredibly serious, almost inducing fear, and the rest are filled with goofy characters with bad names that clash hard with the artistic style of the game. Enemies are placed seemingly randomly, all feel same-y and bland, and the map is disappointingly empty of actual substance. Not to mention the terrible crafting and materials system. You'd think that if you wanted to be methodical and get upgrades before progressing you'd be able to, but nope, every upgrade requires several of a rare resource. The first maybe 20 minutes were me actually enjoying myself, getting into the game, feeling the atmosphere. The rest of my playtime was spent exploring looking for something to do in terms of side quests or, hells, even just some fun challenges. Instead what you get is a basic environment with resources re-spawning far faster than you'd ever need because there are incredibly low maximum amounts of each resource you can hold at once. I cannot recommend avoiding this game enough. I regret wasting 1.2 hours of my life on what amounts to a unity project made by an elementary-schooler.
