Thermal throttling peaking 90 degree territory or more during peaks or usual Tekken 8 load? before changing any other setting or buying extra fans or laptop cooling pads, just try disabling CPU "Parking" in windows (free reg file) this thing fixed my throttling within minutes and saved me from spending money on Cooling pads for laptops or upgrading to desktop (too risky to buy 4090 anyway now due to fire hazards / connector pin issues) - just download the reg file and save that's it:
