To any prospective associates, I should disclose that I am currently wanted in fifteen counties of the state of Colorado for murder, assaulting a justice of the peace, derailing a train in order to rob the passengers, highway robbery, breaking out of state prison, armed robbery of an unknown amount citizens, state banks and post offices; the theft of sacred objects, arson in a state prison, perjury, bigamy, deserting my wife and children, promoting prostitution, inciting prostitution, blackmail, kidnapping, extortion, receiving stolen goods, selling stolen goods, passing counterfeit money, the misrepresentation of myself as a General of the Mexican Army, illegally drawing the salaries and living allowances of members of the United States Army, and contrary to the laws of this state, I am also wanted for the usage of marked cards and loaded dice.
