Fiecare familie cred ca detine o reteta de coliva, mostenita din batrani si testata in timp. Sper din tot sufletul sa o faceti cat mai rar… Coliva de grau pentru pomeni sau parastas este traditionala ritului ortodox si isi are originea in antichitate, in perioada precrestina, ea derivand dintr-un fel modest: grau fiert cu miere de albine. Un „dulce” vechi de mii de ani care se oferea si zeilor antici drept ofranda si se manca la anumite sarbatori.
Ingrediente -
1 kg arpacas (sau grau)
3 L apa rece
1 lingurita rasa de sare
In plus:
600 g zahar tos, cristal sau miere de albine
coaja rasa de la 2 lamai
3 plicuri zahar vanilat
3 fiole de esenta de rom
600 g - 800 g nuca macinata marunt si mai mare
300 g stafide (optional) - eu nu am pus
Decor la alegere:
nuca rasa
fulgi de cocos
jumatati de nuca
drajeuri, bomboane (sa nu fie colorate tipator)
cacao pudra
