If you like waiting five plus minutes at the start of the match to even get the ability to DRAW if you go second, this game's definitely for you! If you like falling asleep because your opponent is taking twenty-plus minutes to play a meta deck, only for every and all moves you make to be useless because you bricked, this game's for you!

If you value your time and don't like waiting long periods to even be able to PLAY the game, I suggest playing something considerably different.

Town of Salem is a great social deduction game in the vain of "Mafia" and "One Night Werewolf". In this game, the Town-aligned players, traditionally and affectionately referred to as "Townies", have to get rid of all the "evil" players within the 15-person Town of Salem. The Townies don't know who's good or evil, but the Mafia, the main Evil faction, know who the other Mafia are. The Mafia's goal is to hold a 50% plurality... Effectively to make it so the Town can't vote any mafia off, while also making sure that any killing role is also gone, so the Mafia can't be cut down in a back alley... you know, like a mobster.

In addition to the Mafia, there's also Serial Killers, Arsonists, and Werewolves, who all just want to see the town destroyed. These three roles are TRADITIONALLY solo roles, but sometimes, two SK's, Arso's, or WW's can appear in the All Any mode.

There's also the Coven Expansion which introduces a bunch of new and fun roles for players to become. My personal favorite mode is Coven All Any, which lets every single person get a random role from the entire role list. A town consisting of a majority of evil-doers and just a few plucky townies? Sure! Want yourself to be a near-unstoppable juggernaut that takes a while to get going? There's a role for that! Want to spread COVID-19 and summon the Lord of Sickness, Pestilence? Oh, then you'll LOVE the Plaguebearer role.
