Peenoise are a group of teenagers in SEA server who's brain growth stopped
permanently when they crossed the age of 12. Although the term
was used to describe a noisy rude and trashtalking pinoy player, the
term stuck to every other idiot in SEA who doesnt know/want to play
as a team in MMR.
