Nexon is a hacker company that gives you shifty bugged servers and games. Then when you go to customer support, when you find your self in a lone server full of bots, they expect you to download pup files and malware and give them a diognostic on your computer to fix the game, (Don't Do This). If you have a brain, think of what coders, programers, IT's, all in a scam called Nexon could do with one diognostic. (Don't Be Stupid).
P.s Game companys, especially for MMP's, don't need to fix your computer to make their game work. So giving them a diognostic on anything in your system is out of the question. Be safe or be sorry.
