The McDouble has no reason to exist. It was put on the value menu and they removed the double cheeseburger from the value menu and increased its price. The McDouble has one less slice of cheese than the double cheeseburger, but in all other ways is identical to it. What"s more is, I"m hearing that at some McDonalds" they put the correct amount of cheese, making the McDouble equal to a double cheeseburger. There is no reason for that sandwich to exist. I hate the McDouble and everything it stands for.
