Little Joel,was given 50,000 USD. From an estranged aunt who won a lawsuit against the FDA,and with his inheretiance he decided to buy a .01 square foot apartment building room.

Every night he ties himself to the wall and uses his eagle that he raised from birth to help him get up in the morning.
