Laziest remaster I have seen, and that includes darks souls remastered. Cutscenes are split between beautiful stylish crisp 1080p and 240/480? You don’t get any real extras for beating the game besides a first person mode (in fact like the original you are reset besides your compendium and one secret ). All while charging 70$ for everything which really makes this feel like a slap in the face rather then a triumphant return of an amazing ps2 game that still isn’t talked about enough. I loved playing through this, but I can’t recommend it for those reasons and would rather recommend smt 5 or even 4A and 4.
add in from 2023 what in the heck nintendo killed the eshop.... so yeah most atlus games in smt are not purchasable so i now get to just recommend smt 5 over smt 3 or you could play undernuats labyrinth of yomi which i think is a better bang for your buck over smt 3 which is still using denuvo...which was cracked and only irritates paying customers for a game that is a barely prettied up and almost as old as me
back in 2024 what a surprise denuvo is still ruining this game and pirates get to enjoy this game with boosted performance, and easy modding... two big upsides to pc releases and i am going to be replaying this game hatred is all i have for that anyway more smt games are releasing like smt V V which i am just going to recommend over this as it comes with smt 5 which isn't perfect and also will have denuvo but at least its a brand new game that isn't from 2003 making it less gross and maybe denuvo gets removed and modding can go hard for smt W...or we can just enjoy the ttrpg which is releasing
