I remember I added this guy off steam cause I saw him in the back of a little caesars restaurant and i assumed he had special needs cause he came over and asked me if i ever played dragon ball fighterz and forced me to add him on steam. I"m still unsure if he has special needs but that would be okay, you know, its 2023 so it really is okay.
