Yes it is a Pay to Play game.

Beautiful graphics and as always, the game is amazing. This is my first MMO for Final Fantasy and I must say it is really awesome. <3 I love it and the people here are really nice and I am so glad the battle feature is not a turn by turn basis like the original Final Fantasy games. This makes the game more fun and interesting and it"s just gorgeous and I love it! ;D
