I had written off this title without playing it after seeing all the poor reviews following its disastrous launch. I eventually gave the game a try after getting it cheap in a steam sale. What I experienced was a surprisingly positive community and fleshed-out world. Fans of Fallout 4 will find enough familiarity to have it fit nicely among the single player series. Unprovoked PVP is rare and griefers are pretty minimal compared to any other MMO. Aside from public events, all quests can easily be completed solo. In fact, the game feels like a lot of people playing a single player game, together. As with any Bethesda game, there are some significant bugs, and many parts of the gameplay loop can feel grindy.
