my opinion:

If you're complaining about tunneling and camping while you and your team allow the killer to do it, maybe it's time to reflect on your own gameplay instead of blaming the killer. Improving your game sense and looping skills would go a long way. If you can't manage that, maybe consider playing with friends in SWF or customs, where you can coordinate better. Either you improve and give the killer fewer chances to tunnel and camp, or you help your team by actually playing smart instead of just complaining. At the end of the day, these are viable strategies, and if you can't counter them, the issue isn't with the killer—it's with you.

If you're complaining about survivors "genrushing" while you allow them to do it, maybe it's time to reflect on your own gameplay instead of blaming the survivors. Improving your map pressure, decision-making, and patrol routes would go a long way. If you can't manage that, maybe consider playing a killer that suits your strengths or perks that counter fast generator progress. Either you improve and slow down their progress by applying pressure across the map, or you make smarter decisions that don't give survivors the chance to fly through gens.
