I like the idea of a bunch of new events and slight additions for less than a fast food meal while we get new mechanics for free. As long as you'll update the main game for free, keep these coming!

AWESOME DLC! I got it for free for already owning the game, and it is full of absolutely awesome content! Firaxis, you guys did an awesome job with this DLC, love the story, the awesome makeshift weapons and armors, and all the cool new missions! Thank you so much, 10/10!!

If youre looking to buy a Fallout game or a great RPG and in my opnion important piece of modern culture, go buy Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition. Its cheaper and incomprehensibly better.

If youre looking for an open world mindless shooter, they buy this. Here's why:

It's an outstanding open-world shooter game. BUT NOTHING ELSE. There is no player freedom, no choices, no or few interesting developments and relationships, no memorable moments, because its NOT AN RPG. ITS A OPEN WORLD SHOOTER WITH VERY LIGHT NON-STORY RPG elements.

In Fallout: New Vegas, which I have played for nearly 1000 hours, I talked to my friends and as we discussed our experiences in the game, we found we had utterly different stories to tell. Same world, same game, same start, totally different adventures, from the smallest interactions to totally game-changing story developments. Hell, my favorite character in the game was murdered by my best friend, and Fallout: New Vegas allowed both stories to play out.

In Fallout 4, we all have the same story.

We went somewhere...we shot everything, looted, and continued on to the next place to do the same thing.

I am saddened to see how little this amazing world of Fallout was allowed to offer in this game. The technology and resources avaliable to create this game are the most there has ever been, and yet we have only lost what made Fallout a defining cultural medium in our modern world. I'm going to go play New Vegas now or Fallout 2, because there are still so many adventures to make for myself. Not whether to shoot something in the face or run away.

Buy if you want mixed Borderlands and Far Cry with a Fallout skin and lore. Otherwise refer to top.

I haven't had much time to play video games in the past half a year or so, wish I hadn't spent time on this one. :(

Turned into a moneygrab on steroids. Go buy 4 or 5 other games, because thats how much money this game DLC costs.
