The community is one of the best on the market. With unwavering determination we stood our ground and won a victory against corporate interests. Now it's time to continue the fight FOR SUPER EARTH!

Great game with friends or even solo. Pugs are enjoyable. Possibly the best coop game on the market right now.
Slay bugs or robots for Super Earth.

Larian's magnum opus. An honest love letter to old-school RPGs. A true successor to the old games, yet new and different in a good way, updated to modern standards. Painstaking attention to detail. Filled with content. An honest game with no hidden mechanics to swindle you out of money.

Early Access Review
A great game that just needs more songs from existing bands and more Amon Amarth.

I want to state first here that I played about 90% of my time in this game in a tank so this review will mostly be about the tankplay.

So, as it stands this game is a pretty realistic simulation (wouldn't say the most but quite close) of how a tank handles/moves and shoots.
I've found it to be quite satisfying to land a hit from 2km while the enemy was probably sighting me as well.
The game has 3 main modes of playing which scales the realism of the game. The first is arcade where you get aim assists, you can mark targets and the handling is much easier on most tanks, also both teams can have players from any nations. Second is Realistic which takes away all the previous things, tanks handle just as they would in reality(slowly most of the time) and in this mode you cannot have the same nation of tanks on both sides but can still pair up nations that were against each other in WWII(e.g. you can have the US and Germany against the Soviets). Third is the simulator mode where you can only view your tank from the commander point of view and friendlies are not marked so you better remember how your tanks and the enemy tanks look like. In this mode most of the time real battles are played out on larger maps and with everyone against Germany.
I played mostly in realistic as I found arcade pretty dull and the simulator just has so few players, it's hard to find a match.

The balancing is mostly okay imho, but on some tiers the russians and americans have a clear advantage over the german tanks, which is compensated by them having some stronger heavies on a few tiers.
Knowledge on tank's weakspots is key, until you know a few good spots this game can look really unfair compared to WoT for example.

The game does have downsides, my main probelm having as the time of this review, if you turn down the grapichs to absolute low it makes bushes, grass and other foliage disappear which is a clear advantage in long range combat. The game looks gorgeous otherwise so I refuse to turn it down but some people visibly use this, sniping people across the map while you clearly see from the kill cam that he shouldn't have seen you. This is said to be resolved in the next big content update, but we'll see.
