Short Review: The game is OK.

Disclaimer: Do not listen to all the reviews comparing CS1 with mods and DLCs with CS2 without mods and DLCs. Compare CS1 Vanilla DLC's vs. CS2 Vanilla, and when MODS are released for CS2 then we can take those glasses on for future reviews.

Performance: Running perfectly fine for me when we're comparing to other City Builders. Although i have had some crashes, but if you're saving every 5-10 min then its fine.

Gameplay: A lot of improvements, but also some areas they need to improve on to make it a proper sequel to CS1. Things that needs sorting in the future consists of import and export system, but also the overall economy system. Not really a challenge. The Public Transport system is the same as CS1 and works great, overall some improvements in this aspect. City planning wise i feel the road system is a massive improvement overall.

Comparing to CS1: Obviously the game is missing a lot of DLC content that made CS1 stand out, and when we're putting MODS into the mix then obviously CS1 will still be overall the best game at the moment. Although i feel like CS2 is an upgrade on a lot of aspects compared to CS1 without various mods. We all need to remember all of these mods will make their way to CS2 at some point and at that point we can compare the games properly.

Conclusion: CS2 is a great city builder that is a good game without mods. Feel like the leveling up system and overall progression system is pretty nice to use. If you only played CS1 with DLC's and NO MODS then you can see CS2 as an overall upgrade missing some functions from various DLC's. But comparing currently i would say CS1 with all the mods and DLC's is the better game at the moment, but when mods will be available for CS2 then it will be better.

A worthy follow-up to the now legend of a series. Roller Coaster Tycoon! I'm glad Frontier FINALLY made a new coaster game! And is truly their best game to date without a doubt! Your imagination is the only limit of this game, and it will only grow over time!

This games is a excellent game, but it's got it's own set of errors. For example they're using the unity engine for this game, and that engine is nothing short of horrible. BUT they have used that engine very well for this game, and considering the unity engine is not good at all, then this game is very good. Without a doubt the best city builder / simulator game i've played so far out of Cities XL, Sim City and etc.

But if you want to play this game make sure you have some proper processing power, or else the experience won't be as fun and i would then recommend getting Sim City 4 instead for a fluid and fun gameplay experience!

In my first review i didn't recommend this game, i do recommend it now mainly because the community responded me after i had countless errors with my game, and i simply had to RESET my computer to get my performance back in the game. So this community is without a doubt the best in gaming, you get positive things on your pictures of your city and such.

I'm gonna recommend this game for the following reasons:

- The game is in beta stage, and they've made beta testing mainly to fix bugs, and find main issues on the way. However after i've seen this beta so far, there's still alot they'll need to improve, but the tools you do have are excellent compared to other coasters.

- It's like Cities Skylines of Roller Coaster games, mainly because the community is huge for this game, and steam workshop. A lot of people fear that there's only 10 coasters, don't worry just wait 1-3 months and you'll have pretty much every coaster in the world to play around with. Not only can you share what you've made, but also most likely see legendary coasters in-game. But for every coaster i guess they'll look on highway systems from Cities Skylines for an example where you could pick different interchanges from the community, in this game under speciality, you'll most likely find extreme versions of loops, corkscrews and etc.

- Even though the game is pretty good so far, as i said earlier there's a lot of features they'll need to add. It's almost impossible to make something 100% straight, and i will go cry in a corner if they don't add such a feature, because that's mainly one of the few things you'll need.

So after this review, i would say the game got a bright future, but it takes some time to get used to, i really wanted a tutorial in the beta, just to know how the mechanics work. It's nice to being able to tweak EVERYthing on your coaster. But they should add classic mode coaster building from the older games. All in all if it was up to me i would give it 7/10 for now, but it's only in beta and hopefully it will only improve from full release 10th dec. But lets see how the next beta goes, and if the game actually improved or they'll need to push the release date a few months.

One of the best games made for having fun, without feeling frustrated! It's always fun to play, and will always put a smile on your face. It's one of the best games to play at LAN, and just with friends for fun! You can troll and just annoy your friends meanwhile playing it! But in the end everybody will have a blast with this game!

Great game to play with friends, for a pacey and fun experience on the competetive level of play! Competetive is only a little part of this great community look through the community servers for more fun, and more fun experience within this game! Totally most value for money game with Garry's Mod!
