Europa Universalis IV is a game that when I first played it I thought was boring. I played it for a couple of hours and just did not see what the appeal was and then stopped playing. A year later I picked it back up after reading a couple of guides on how to play and now I have over 500 hours into the game and still feel like I have not accomplished anything because it took that long just to do a paltry amount of the achievements listed for the game. Don't make my mistake and miss out on a good game due to ignorance. Read a guide or two or five and dive into the history of the world. Or just ignore history entirely and take over the world as the USA like we should have from the begining.
