If you want to play casually the gameplay, artwork, graphics and soundscape on offer here rock. What will inevitably happen though is that after X (a number being dependant on your time played) amount of hours you will reach the point everyone who's been playing so far has: the game feels unrewarding to play, especially at higher levels, featuring a limited amount of randomly selected missions for you to do in a variety of difficulties and with a variety of special conditions, with no option to pick and customize what you want to play. Moreover the content present at the time of writing is incoherent, as there is only a faint outline of a story.

Last but certainly not least the game features an itemization system (allegedly being reworked for the better part of last year) relying on grinding ~30 min missions for meager and random rewards for you to spend on more random systems (buying random tier 1 -white- weapons to randomly upgrade).

But since the beginning the microtransaction store has been running smooth as butter, with frequent skin updates, and the oh-so-common FOMO tactics of timed releases.

It's not about the money really, as the game's asking price is fine for the time you get out of it.
The problem here is that overall this is not a game that respects the time you spend on it, plain and simple, and hence I can't honestly recommend it to anyone.
