Played this game for quiet a while, the most time of it I was on "King of the Hill" servers, on these servers there seem to be a lot of unprofessional "admins" who act out of their feelings and don't follow real rules.
In King of the Hill mod you usually have 3 teams fighting each other in order to gain points from "possessing" a city, usually you have 1 "admin" team with lots of experienced players and 2 other teams with random people who get kicked if they play too well vs the "admin" team or accuses them of spawn camping.
In my opinion it should'nt be possible to get banned by a normal player who is just acting out of his feelings.

As I like to mention a comment on the internet regarding this topic: "The problem is, BI gets my money. Some joker decides I did something that I did not do and I am banned. The joker gets to feel powerful. BI gets paid. No one loses but me. And no one cares but me. And no one believes me but me and my friends."

If you play this game you likely will get in a similar situation, still I wish you good luck and lots of fun, if it wasn't for these "random admins" it's a very cool game.
