Knockout city is likely stuttering every so often for you bc either, A - you're being put in a server far from your home - or more liekly B - when the game has players quitting mid-match, they try to replace them with new players. as ppl leave, and come in - the game stutters madly for me at least, IM on a ps4.
I imagine a PC of comparable power to as PS4 would also suffer form this. i wouldvce answer you in the forums, but Vlean banned me loooong time afgo bc they ciuoldnt handle truth about how badly they were doing, and now theyre shutting down - so I guess I was right all along llol.
