Reviews are a bit to negative.
Game is fun, could do with a few more campaign levels.
A Coop mode would also be great. Just as simple as on screen local , so remote play is possible would be fine.

ROTD (original) is loved and played by many people back in the day, its a absolute classic. Love the remaster for 15 bucks, but would love it even more if the graphics was updated in HD or have the option 2...

Nice game, had fun, definatly worth buying when its in sale, (like right now 60% off!)

Feedback:
- Could use more (maybe a little deeper) management system/gameplay
- (deeper) Sword play, wheter training or combat, should be more like monkey island Q&A system instead of linear story text... It would be more fun.

Rate it 7 out of 10, would be a 8,5 out of 10 if:
- control(s) would be updated to 2023, instead of 1 on 1 copy from oldschool 90s choppy flashback controls
- the graphics where sharper and a little more detailed (a little higher resolution sprites)
Flashback from 1992 looks shaper in pixel count then lunark when it comes to ingame gameplay sprites.
- the music was a little better!
- more content like (local or online) coop, map editor, instead of only singleplayer

but dont get me wrong, this game is definatly worth the 18 bucks

Very positive is definatly the correct statement for this game....

Yeah, not for me, you can go 2 oldschool with graphics and gameplay. Also allot of negative reviews with people complaining it needs more content in januari 2023... while the final update with content was in october 2022, so thats not gonnah happen!

Also using 2D sprites as enemy"s and NPC"s is fine, however, make at least 4 direction sprites so the 2D sprites walk forward,backward,left and right. And if you really want to bump things up like in the old wolfenstein 3D, you make 8 directions sprites!
However only having a single 1 direction sprite, enemys walking forward all the time always facing the player is just lazy....


Dev"s in your next game, improve the handling, gameplay and graphics.

Probably one of the best indie games (& series) out there, addictive and fun as hell! Proof that minimal gameplay can work wonders, and this game (&series) is deep like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!

Fun little tycoon game

PLUS POINTS:
-Developers cares about this game, keeps updating it!
-Game has charm
-Campaign
-Graphics are oké
-Tycoon fun with arcades
-Fun and addictive
-Overall a good time, even with the minus points included

MINUS POINTS (and feedback to the developers):
-Got full campaign completed , got 100% achievements and played a sandbox game wich is never any fun withouth objectives... cant get anymore out of this game, fully completed around 20 hours..... it was OKE fun NOT EPIC fun, its was worth the 10 bucks but not a penny more, since it has no more re-play value at all
-Short campaign, could definatly use more maps, and lets be honest if you see the levels and objectives.. well that should not be much work adding like 50 or more maps.... dont know why the campaign is so short with only 12 maps, when these maps are bareboned with not much graphics and a few objectives?
-Very anoying bug that sometimes makes the game crash. Seems like bug that is in the game for a while, (reading older reviews) . to counterpart this, the devs have made a autosave that saves like crazy after a minute or so.... so you dont lose much progress....
-Playing at 3x the gameplay speed or 4x the gameplay speed still takes a long time to get some cash flow at start of each level.... wich is nice in a way to buildup, but sometimes very anoying when your just wasting time waiting to get some cashflow to continue building... the game does have some pauze moments.....
-ive made a profile... regretted that once i booted up the game for the second time, profile was gone in the main menu and my savegames... luckily i could find my savefiles in the game directory and copy pasted it into the default profile directory... now i play with default profile and everything works fine.... stupid bug

Overall i definatly recommand this game if you like TYCOON games.... if you dont, then its a PASS.....

only a good scratch if you played so many planet coaster and parkitect that you want something else until new tycoon games in 2023..... Most reviews here are way to positive for this game...
Game is like 45% negative and 55% positive for me.... its the lowest positive review i ever gave

Positive:
- Nice clean graphics
- Fine gameplay
- Lots of management
- Nice music and sounds

Negative
- No campaign mode (only a career map to choose, wich is endless with challanges)
- No coastercam
- Gets boring after a while cause of the endlessnes of career mode and no real objectives to complete a map...

Gets barely a 6 out of 10! barely good enough worth for your money..... il probably play it a couple of times after updates and then never touch it again.,...

Game would be a 8 out of 10, if they just added a real campaign mode with real objectives and maps.... (levels) instead of this sandbox endless fake career mode..... it sucks way 2 much.... what a fail on game design.....

Wel, its a oke game, its not as epic as some people describe, but its a fun little TD game that is worth the full 5 bucks. NOT 10, but 5....

PS. people that are saying they spend straith 8 hours into this game must be moronic tards.... this game isnt that deep enough to keep on playing straith 8 hours non stop...
Its a fun game you play a few rounds a day , 1 hour max then get bored, then play again the next day....
