Honestly, this is the cream of the crop of dlc. It feels so awesome. The world is really well designed as well.

First the seal section of the dlc:
The seals are cute. The map design is pretty awesome. But the actual objectives in the dlc pack feel menial and tedious. 2/3rds of it are fetch item quests and bring them elsewhere.

It's not all that stellar compared to levels in the base game either. And it doesn't shine the best having played the Nyakuza expansion before this one.

Deal section:
Adds challenge versions of the levels. Now this part isn't something I've gotten very far in. I do like it so far and it is great compared to the rest of the dlc.

Absolutely love this game. The characters and level design is fantastic. I love the movement, it feels so fluid and smooth that I just like to load up one of the early levels and just run.

The objective and main gameplay loop remind me of Mario64 and I mean that in the best possible way.

You have your main gameplay hub , the space ship and you enter different worlds through a telescope. Each world has a different objective to complete in order to get the time pieces. They range from boss fights to collectathons. Very enjoyable and nothing in the base game feels tedious or like a chore.

I enjoy the characters a lot. Especially the mafia. They crack me up constantly. The humor feels like something from Psychonauts in some cases. The main character Hat Girl is an icon of personality. Every expression is full of life. And you dance on command. So that's a plus.

If you want a platformer with slick movement and great characters similar to Mario 64, then I recommend this.

Man where do I even begin. So I bought this game after enjoying the first one immensely. I tried it for a few hours and just couldn't get into it. I tried stealth and it just wasn't clicking. It was the same build I did in the last game and for me it didn't work. So I put it down and never came back to it.

Recently, I had an urge to restart and try just murdering all the hostiles and playing a high chaos run so I could enjoy all that the powers had to offer.

I absolutely love the ability to blink and wish there were more games that used it. The feeling of blinking around and zipping from enemy to enemy is awesome.

I've had so much fun just blazing through murdering everyone. The sounds are amazing. The graphics are great. The levels. Oh man. They are so stunning and elaborate. There is so much depth to the levels that you can explore.

Mission 7 specifically blew my mind. It was nothing new in terms of concept but the way it was delivered and presented astounded me.

Now my only complaints are that the plot is somewhat lacking. But for Arkane that's normal and I won't hold it against them. The second and final complaint is that the clockwork soldiers exist. A complete nuisance to deal with

10/10 recommend if you like stealth or hack and slash.

Finished this last night so decided to write a review for it.

Hands down the best DMC game to date. The gameplay is satisfying, the characters grow on you and I honestly can't find much complaint about it. I rate this SSS

DMC 6 when?

With the addition of the new patch a lot my issues with the game (being the need to disable motion blur and adjust FOV via config files) have been resolved.

Barring issue of the character models the first half of the game is very enjoyable and sets the tone very well. It perfectly encapsualtes the feel of a Lovecraft world.

The second half feels odd but its still enjoyable but not as much as the first half
